Hair Photos and Image HandlingIf you upload a hair or scalp photo, Crown Rising may use that image to provide personalized guidance, progress tracking, rhythm support, and related app features.Photo analysis may involve automated tools or AI-assisted systems.Photo-based outputs are informational and cosmetic only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Please upload only photos you have permission to share and that are relevant to your hair journey. Do not upload unrelated, intimate, or sensitive content.4. Essential Recommendations and Third-Party LinksCrown Rising may provide links to third-party retailers, including Amazon, for recommended essentials.If you tap one of these links, you may be taken to a third-party website or app with its own terms, privacy practices, and policies. Crown Rising is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites or services.5. When We Share InformationWe do not sell your personal information to advertisers.We may share information with:- Service providers and vendors that help us operate, host, maintain, analyze, support, or secure the app
- Analytics, infrastructure, storage, or processing providers used to run Crown Rising

Data RetentionWe retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and support Crown Rising, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.Because Crown Rising is currently in beta, retention practices may evolve as the app develops.7. Deletion RequestsYou may delete your account and all associated data directly within the Crown Rising app. To do so, go to Settings, scroll to Account Actions, and tap "Delete my account." You will be asked to confirm before any deletion takes place. Once confirmed, your account, Crown Check-in responses, regimen, Reflections, and all associated data will be permanently removed from Crown Rising. This action cannot be undone.If you are unable to access the in-app deletion option or need additional assistance, you may also request deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law and our internal data practices.8. SecurityWe take reasonable steps designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.9. Children's PrivacyCrown Rising is intended for adults and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.10. Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means.
